What Happens Next

Completeness Review (Week 1–2) BMI staff will review your application for completeness and eligibility compliance.

Eligibility Scoring (Week 2–4) Applications are scored on a 100-point eligibility rubric covering 12 weighted criteria.

Interview Round (If Selected) Top-scoring applications are invited to a virtual interview with our grants review panel.

Award Notification (30 Business Days) All applicants notified of award decisions by email. Awards begin July 1, 2026.
